How would you describe the band if you were a pressman or an
editor? |
I am full of emotion when it comes to her music. I put my all into everything I do, My lyrics are captivating, My vocals are transcendent and My songs are catchy and emotional. Take a listen you will see what I am talking about.

Why did you choose your name? |
I was born with the name, and its interesting and different so why not.

What type of music do you play? |
I am more Adult Contemporary then anything, but I could also be put into the pop/rock category, as well as alternative, folk, and a couple more. I write many different styles of music, cause I am a singer/songwriter.

How long have you been together? |
My band and I consist of me and my co writter Corey Johnson. We use studio musicians for live shows right now.

What have you released to date? |
We have not released anything as of yet, but we have over 150 songs written in different genres.

When are you planning your next release? |
2004 sometime. I am hoping a label picks me up.

What is your favorite song to perform and Why? |
My favorite song to peform is LIE. Its fun to sing, emotional and it gets louder in the bridge type area.. I love it... builds... my second favorite would be FLYING and third would be Forsaken.

Who are the best bands you preformed with? |
To date, I usually do solo nights. I opened up for a couple bands, back when I was 18 in a cover band, but not since I have been writting in Owensoundstudios. I have pretty much locked myself in a recording studio for the last 2 years.

Songwritting is one of Jenae's true passions. Her lyrics and melody lines come right from her heart. People that listen to her music are drawn into her emotion and meaning of each song. When performing live people seem to stop and listen, almost like they are entranced with her performance. Jenae is an artist that can sing live just as well or better than her produced product. Jenae has extensive experience with live venues. She loves the feeling of being up on stage and sharing her music with everyone.
