do I post a Artist Profile?
If you are already registered
login.
Click 'Post a Artist Profile' and then type in the information
of the item you wish to post on the following screen.
If you are not registered,
register
first and then follow the steps above.

can I edit or delete and stop payments on my Artist
Profile?
After you
login
to your account, simply click the Edit or Delete
button beside the Band Profile you wish to change. To
stop payment let us know and we will do so.

I
posted my Artist Profile, but I don't see it?
Most probably the browser is displaying information
from the cache. Click the reload button on your browser
and you should see your AD. Or wait 10 minutes for your
AD to appear. Your profile has
be to approved to insure the integrity of the website.
Most
of the time your profile will be approved within minutes.
In some cases please allow 1 to 2 days for for your
listing to be approved and posted to the public.
The only way your profile will not be approved is if
your listing is not music related or found to be offensive
or your profile is something like "looking for
a band" these type of submissions can be added
in our classified ad section at
http://musicianmp3.com/classifieds/login.cfm.
Before approval you can go ahead and upload your band
photo and MP3s from your account home.

lost my username and password, and can't login!
Go to the
login page, and
scroll down to the lost you password form. Type
in your email, and an autoresponder will immediately
email you your password and username.

Can
I add images and sound files to my Artist Profile? And
how can I do that?
When you add your Artist Profile you may also upload
a band and CD images by going into your account and
editing your Artist Profile.
Please be patent the file uploads may take some time
depending on your connection speed. Try uploading one
clip at a time and wait until the hour glass disappears
on your cursor before closing this page. Files
over 7MB will not be accepted, don't worry the average
size of mp3 is 3.5MB.

Is
my contact information private?
Yes. All information you provide in your account is
confidential. Your email is stored in our database and
is not visible with your AD to other viewers. If a person
wishes to contact you, they will use the form at the
bottom of your AD to send you a message.

Why
do I have to wait for my Profile to be approved and
long does it take?
Profiles are looked at and approved or disapproved to
insure the integrity of the website .
Most of the time your profile will be approved within
minutes. In rare cases please allow 1 to 2 days for
for your listing to be approved and posted to the public.

your listing is not music related or found to be offensive.

I
cant hear my song when I stream it?
Its
a good chance you have uploaded the wrong file type.
files that don't work on our system include.
- All Real player files including (.ram) format.
- Mac (.aiff)
- Flash files (.swf)

Also another common problem is if you named your files
with invalided characters that confused the data base.
Invalid characters include.

does the CD store work?

How does it work?
You get your own CD store front.
We
handle the payments from the store, you send the CD
out your self once the money has been transfered into
your PayPal account.
Major Benefits
- Get the money as soon as the buyers credit card
or e-check is processed.
- You don't have to have a gross number of sales before
you get paid.
- You get more money from your sales because there is
no commission charged to you.

How do I get paid?
If
you haven't done it already you must sign-up with PayPal
so we can pay you when a CD sells.
After you have signed-up with PayPal
you will have a registered e-mail to accept payments.
PayPal is the only
method that we can pay you. No Checks, no exceptions.

Does MusicianMP3 Charge me?
We don't take a commission at all but you have to be
a paid member to use the service.

There is no limit to the amount of CDs you can sell!!
There are two choices for the buyer.
Buyer Option 1 PayPal payment - The payment
will go directly to your PayPal account. After confirmation
of payment from PayPal you can send out the CD to the
buyer. No processing fee or commission is charged to
you by MusicianMP3.
Buyer Option 2 Credit Card payment - Allows the
buyer to pay by credit card without having to sign-up
with PayPal. After we process the credit card transfer
the payment will go directly to your PayPal account.
After confirmation from PayPal you can send out the
CD to the buyer. No commission fee is charged to you
by MusicianMP3 but we will have to take one dollar US
per sale to cover credit card merchant fees.
4.
What currency is used?
All prices must be Calculated in US funds.

How many CDs can I sell?
Pro profiles can sell one CD.
Rock Star Profiles can sell up to three CDs.
